At POWE PAINTING we use two coats of 100% acrylic, which is the best paint for long life, color retention, water resistance and washabilty. We never water down the paint so your paint job will last from eight to ten years with proper maintenance. We recommend an exterior paint check-up five years after the original POWE PAINTING job.

Preparation is key to the quality of the POWE PAINTING job. We protect your property by covering paved, cement and brick areas around the exterior of your home and cover or remove items such as potted plants, furniture and art work. If your home is surrounded with decorative rock we remove the rock up to two feet to protect it from splatters and replace the rock upon completion of the job.

To prepare the areas to be painted we start with a high-pressure wash of the exterior of your home, then caulk and seal all the cracks. Next we make all necessary repairs to wood and stucco and add a coat of primer paint to the repairs. We then mask all the windows and fixtures before applying the first of two coats of 100% acrylic paint.

Upon completion of the second coat of paint POWE PAINTING conducts a thorough clean up including replacing all items moved and uncovering and unmasking all windows and fixtures.

A typical exterior paint job of a single-family home takes up to four days to complete but is guaranteed to keep the exterior of your home looking beautiful for years to come.
